Conico Gear is an independent company therefore we will not be sharing your personal information with any third party. We only hold the required information that enables us to process and fulfil your order.

Where you, the customer, authorises us to use your personal details for marketing purposes, they will not be shared with any third party and stored securely with limited user access.

Our website uses the latest SSL technology. SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypts your personal and payment details as they are transmitted over the Internet. This prevents any third party accessing your details in a comprehensive format. Please note the padlock that is displayed during checkout procedure as confirmation of this.

Pricing and Print Errors

Conico Gear is committed to ensuring that all the product and pricing information that appears on this site is correct, however there may be occasions where errors occur. Conico Gear accepts no responsibility for errors and omissions, and reserves the right to alter information and prices without prior notice.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Conico Gear will be happy to refund customers if they are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we will only be able to refund the price of the product(s) and not the postage and packaging charge from the original order.

The cost of returning the item(s) to Conico Gear is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives with us so that you have proof that it has been delivered.

Conico Gear will take no responsibility for the item(s) whilst in the postal system and responsibility is only assumed by Conico Gear once it has been signed for by one of our employees or contractors.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased through the Conico Gear website, without reason, under the Distance Selling Regulations for refunds.

This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel any item, you must e-mail or write to us within seven working days following the delivery of your order, quoting your order number.

You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use the item(s).

Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Conico Gear will refund within 30 days of your cancellation.

A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value.

Delivery

All Conico Gear orders will be despatched from our warehouse facility in the UK using Royal Mail’s standard postage service, no later than 2 working days from order receipt.

For customers in the UK – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland we will be offering a standard postage rate per order of £2.95.

For customers in Europe we offer a standard postage rate per order of £3.95.

For customers in the rest of the world standard postage per order is £4.95.

Delivery times will vary according to each country destination.

Once your order has been shipped any change in the delivery address will incur an additional standard postage cost relevant to the delivery location.

Please note: Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs are your responsibility. Please contact your country’s customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Pricing

All products and delivery charges shown on the Conico Gear website will be shown in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include all taxes except any additional customs duties (please see the Deliveries section above). Payment

Conico Gear will take payment from you, the customer, at the time you make the order.
