Conico Gear Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your Conico Gear purchase and wish to return the item(s) to us, please follow the directions below.

We will refund the full price of your purchase providing the good(s) are returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please call our customer service team on 0845 2266 426 ( UK ), 0161 953 4746 (Intl) or send an email to customerservice@conico-gear.co.uk, detailing your reasons for requiring a refund.

You will be issued with a returns number which you need to write on the package when you send it back to us. Please send all returns with the return number clearly displayed by the address label to:

The cost of returning the item(s) to Conico Gear is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives with us – this means you will have proof of delivery.

Conico Gear Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased through the Conico Gear website, without reason, under the Distance Selling Regulations for refunds. To do this you must write, call or email us within 7 days of receipt of your order, quoting your order number.

You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use the item(s).

Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

Conico Gear will refund you, the customer, within 30 days of your cancellation.
